Executive Vice President Hotels, F&B and Group Transformation chez Groupe Lucien Barrière
After having graduated from high school with high honors, Alexandre decided to broaden his view of the world by studying abroad. He became a student at The American University in Washington DC. Beyond high quality classes, he also enjoyed discovering a new culture. In Washington DC, Alexandre started a Bachelor in Business Administration that he completed in Paris. After this, having always been passionate about politics, he worked as an intern in a French political party for several months during an electoral period. It allowed him to have a glimpse at what was going on behind the scenes of this very special world.
Then, accepted at ESSEC business school, he enrolled in an MBA in Hospitality Management. Once this diploma in hand, he felt ready to enter his family’s company, a path he was always destined to take. Having always been passionate about creating, he felt that he could most express his will to succeed and his desire to learn all aspects of the businesses in the development department.
In June 2018 he was named to the Executive Committee. The following month, after more than four years as a Development Manager, he was named Chief Transformation Officer with a mandate to accelerate the company’s adaptation to its new challenges. In November 2018 he was additionally appointed in charge of Hotels and F&B. In January 2019 he was nominated Executive Vice President Hotels, F&B and Group Transformation.
He was elected to the Board of Directors in April 2019.
